All definitions and all clauses in the following document are in conjunction with our Terms and Privacy Policy
These Terms are an agreement between you and Hadwin Limited. Company Number: 14211582
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase of a Subscription. The length of your Subscription may vary and will be disclosed to you in each Subscription’s description. In purchasing this Subscription and or starting a free trial, you agree to these Terms.
1. We may end your right to use all or any part of the Subscription immediately if we or a Moderator block you from accessing any content, if the Moderator has a reasonable belief that you have breached these Terms, or if you are using the Subscription illegally or in any manner other than for its intended purpose. If we end your rights under this section, you will not receive a refund for any partial billing period.
2. We may change or stop offering Subscriptions at any time in our sole discretion. In no event will we be liable in any way for the discontinuation or disabling of your Subscriptions.
3. Free trial:
3.1. Your Subscription may start with a free trial period. Free trials are available to new subscribers only and are subject to availability. The specific duration of the free trial will be specified at the point of sign-up or purchase.
3.2. You will be charged at the end of your free trial period, unless you cancel your Subscription at least 72 hours before the expiration of the free trial. Please note that you will not be notified that your free trial is ending or has ended and that your paid Subscription has started.
3.3. You agree not to register multiple times for the same promotional offer using multiple names, addresses, email addresses or other means. Any such action shall be a breach of these Terms and may result in the termination of your Subscription.
4. Auto-renewal: If you do not cancel your Subscription at least 72 hours before the end of the current Subscription period (or free trial period), your Subscription will automatically renew. If your Subscription automatically renews, you will be charged the total Subscription fee due for the next Subscription period to the payment method provided. The price of your Subscription will be disclosed to you in each Subscription’s description.
5. When you purchase a Subscription, you agree: (a) we will provide you with access to your Subscription immediately; and (b) you waive any statutory right that you might have to change your mind about your Subscription and receive a refund within the applicable cooling-off period. Because you agree to access the Subscription immediately and waive your statutory right to change your mind in the cooling-off period, you cannot exercise your statutory right to cancel and receive a refund within the cooling-off period.
6. By starting a Subscription, you understand that Hadwin will receive your email address with the information about your Subscription.
7. If you signed up for a Subscription through a third party and wish to cancel your Subscription, you will need to do so through that third party’s cancellation process. For example, you may need to visit your LaunchPass account and turn off auto-renew.
8. Continued use of this Subscription requires an active Discord account. If you delete your Discord account, you may lose access to any content obtained through your Subscription.
9. Payment for this Subscriptions is subject to our Community Payment Terms.
10. These Terms are between you and Hadwin Limited. References to “us,” “we”, “our” and “Hadwin” mean Hadwin Limited.
11. Hadwin reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. If any change to these Terms will materially disadvantage you or materially affect the availability of the Subscription, we will provide you with notice before the changes become effective, and you can choose to cancel your Subscription. Your continued use of this Subscription constitutes acceptance of those changes.
12. You also acknowledge that Moderators may change what’s included in your Subscription(s) from time to time, including during a billing period. If you do not wish to continue your Subscription as a result of any such change then you should cancel it before you are committed to the next billing period. Your continued use of this feature and/or renewal for a further billing period constitutes acceptance of those changes once you are aware of them.
13. Hadwin reserves the right to change the price or Subscription period from time to time. Hadwin may disable auto-renewal for some or all Subscriptions in Hadwin’s sole discretion. We will provide you with notice of any such changes and they will apply to you no earlier than your next renewal.
14. This Subscription is part of “Hadwin” under Hadwin’s Terms of Service (“Hadwin Terms”), and your use of this Subscriptions is deemed part of your use of Hadwin products. In the event of any express conflict between these Terms and the Hadwin Terms, these Terms will govern solely with respect to your use of your Subscription and solely to the extent of the conflict.
